I cannot believe it has been 6 months. I have stuck with my running and healthy lifestyle. I am truly a changed person. I do not have a lot of time this morning, so I am just posting my weight loss for the month. Tonight, I will be posting my 6 month before and after photos and a recap of the last 6 months.
I have created this blog to help me stay accountable with running and losing weight, and it has become a lot more. I have made new friends through blogging. I am humbled to know that I have helped inspire others to workout, run and lose weight! On those days I had wanted to quit, I didn't, because I didn't want to let you all down.
So, down to the numbers. My weight for the month is.... 261.4!!! That is a 4.9 pound loss for the month and a total weight loss of 71.6 pounds for the year! If I lose at least 1.2 pounds a week for the rest of the year, I will be on track to reach my 100 pound weight loss goal!
