My Weight Loss Journey... One Heavy Step At A Time!
Take Control. Understand and accept the challenge. That there will be timesin your life when you can't run or work-out. You will be sick, you'll just have times when you can't seem to find that run. And that's ok. Because in this time you need to embrace the fact that this is not just about controlling your fitness/cardio. You need to control your food. This makes you stronger. Realize that you just made a few poor choices and then change it. Move foward now. You've just mentally recognized and punished yourself. Lesson learned. Set yourself back up with good choices and allow yourself a tiney bit of flexibility with your intake so you can recover with your health. With that said...though..just make it smart healty choices! Feel better!

Everybody is allowed a "bad" day or two... just don't let it become habit. You can change the cycle, your mindset and where you are at RIGHT NOW, and get back on the path you want to be on and the one that makes you feel good. :)
ah crap sorry you are not in a good place right nowyou CAN brake this cycle..right now. they guilt will go away if you do and I bet it will lift your spirit.you can do this
