I got a whole 8 hours of sleep last night, and I got 7 the night before. It is amazing how you feel when you sleep at night! My workouts felt so much better. This is what I am learning about myself on this journey, and it is pretty cool.
Everyone knows sleep is important, but until you start working out and putting a lot of strain on your body daily, you never really know how important it is.
Five mile run coming up on Saturday. I am excited for the run. Life is good. It's Friday!!!!
