Mondays are usually nice for me, because it is the first day of the week. It feels like a fresh start. Today, Monday didn't let me down. For my workout, I ran the Jeff Galloway program, 2 1/2 miles in 30 minutes. It felt good, and once again, I'm glad I decided to get up out of bed and do it.
This week, I'm preparing for the first run with the program group on Saturday. We will run and train together, which I am excited about. It's more fun and motivating to have a group or someone to run with. I also hope to get lots of tips and advice from those who have more running experience.
Today is a new day. And everyday is a choice. Choose to keep moving forward toward your goals!
