A Much Needed Rest Day

I have just been exhausted this week.  I have been down on myself.  I have been in a mental FUNK.  So, I decided to take a rest day.  I think my body was telling me to take a day off, get some sleep, and be ready for Saturday.  I think that was a great idea.  It is just as important to listen to your body as it is to work out everyday. 

Glad I listened to myself. I am also glad Blogger is working again.  What was going on?!?!?

I am excited for my first run with my training group on Saturday.  Should be exciting!
